Step 1: Reading the Terms & Conditions

Before booking, please ensure you have read the relevant booking Terms & Conditions (in person or online), in particular the sections on refund policies.

Step 2: Selecting your Options

Select the desired options for Festival, Audio Recordings and Meals in the the right hand side of the festival booking form by selecting ‘1’ instead of ‘0’. Please note: You can only make a booking for one attendee at the time. If you wish to book for multiple attendees, please repeat the booking process for each attendee.

How to Book Accommodations: Accommodations are booked separately. Please see the ‘Accommodations’ Page for more information.

How to Book for Children: In the checkout form of your own booking for the festival, there is a question asking if you will be attending with a child (15 and under). If you answer ‘yes’ to that question, you will receive more information by email on how to complete the registration process for children. Please see the Children & Young Adults page for more information.

Step 3: Filling out the Form

Review your order and fill out the booking form. Click the green button ‘next’ to continue.

Step 4: Payment

Enter your payment information and click the green button ‘pay’.

Step 5: Confirmation

You will be re-directed to a confirmation page if your booking is successful.

You will also receive an email confirming the details of your booking and payment. Please keep this safe as you will be required to show either a paper or digital copy upon arrival. If you are not able to show your confirmation letter, you will be required to show some form of photographic identification (ie. Passport or Driver’s License/ID card) in order to complete your registration onsite.

Please review the information on your confirmation letter to make sure there are no mistakes in your booking.
