Gen Kelsang Thekchen is NKT National Spiritual Director for Canada and Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada in Toronto. He has studied and practised under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years. Gen Thekchen is well known for his ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a simple, practical and often humorous way, making them easy to put into practice.
Gen Kelsang Sanden is the Resident Teacher of Dorjechang Buddhist Centre in Abbotsford. He will guide the meditations during the Celebration.
Kelly Loeffelmann, Resident Teacher at Amitabha Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Edmonton, will give the Introduction.
