Welcome to the Canadian Kadampa Buddhist Celebrations site

National and regional Dharma Celebrations are taught by the National Spiritual Director.  Gen Kelsang Thekchen is the NKT National Spiritual Director of Canada and the Resident Teacher of the Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada.

Countries in which Kadampa Centres are established have National Spiritual Directors who oversee the spiritual development (in the centres) in their country. They also give public teachings at large events such as Dharma Celebrations. 

We offer three regional Dharma Celebrations throughout the year: Western Dharma Celebration, Ontario Dharma Celebration, and the Quebec Dharma Celebration.  Above, you will find links to the upcoming celebrations and registration guidelines.
